This mini-course has been designed to be done in the most efficient way,

Part 1

This session challenges what we know about how we set weight loss goals. The reality is that the number we aim for on the scales is often setting us up to fail. Learn how to create goals in a way that you've considered before and that will guarantee success both in the short & long-term!

Part 2

Merely wanting to lose weight and/or reverse Diabetes/Prediabetes doesn’t dissolve self-sabotaging behaviours. The human brain is pre-programmed to resist change, to fight for self-protection and preservation and it uses a multitude of ways to keep us in our comfort zone even when we strive for a new way of living. Learn to recognise these so you can break the pattern, overcome resistance and break through barriers that are holding you back!

Part 3

Have you ever experienced ‘getting stuck’ with progress toward your weight loss goal?How about experiencing a feeling of ‘I just don’t care’ when it comes to succumbing to that chocolate? How about a feeling of ‘one takeaway doesn’t matter I’ve been good all week?’ when you’re trying to follow a meal plan! Well you’re not alone, it is human nature! Part 5

When you find yourself resisting an aspect of a weight loss journey and you don’t know why – it’s likely to be because you have unacknowledged fears about what could happen if they came true.We see many people carry around a fear of ill-health with being overweight, of complications if they have diabetes and a fear of ‘not being able to succeed’ by starting on the weight loss journey.

Part 6

This session challenges what we know about mindset, encompassing the fixed vs the growth mindset. We explore the biggest factors that will determine your success with achieving long-lasting weight loss & the three point strategy to improve your mindset for good!
