Practices in the Amman-Gwendraeth Cluster have opted in to this service. Once you have given us your consent then we are able to access your medical notes and update your GP of any changes that are made. If you are not registered within this area then you will be responsible for providing us with your medical information

Don't worry! We have a few options:

You could access pre-recorded talks which you can view any time.

You could join a different group for a week (if available)

If you can't make a few of the dates then please let us know as we can maybe re-allocate you to a different session later in the year. 

You are not alone! We use Microsoft Teams/zoom for our group sessions so let us know if you are likely to struggle and we can help you understand how it works before the course starts.

This is a common concern. The reason we offer group sessions rather than individual sessions is that people do better! We often find that people learn better with like-minded individuals in the same situation. You are not obliged to talk or share information if you do not wish to

Unfortunately we currently are not able to provide support for:

- those with a current or previous eating disorder (diagnosed or undiagnosed)

- those with a BMI of more than 35. Calculate BMI here

- those with Type 1 Diabetes
